Project: 3 Finsbury Avenue

Celtic removed and reinstated the SAS 330 tartan ceiling to allow the M&E modifications to take place – Celtic also dismantled and relocated the Glazed Partitions and the Specialist Bi Panel Partitions. Celtic undertook the new Acoustic Barriers install.

Logistically this Project was always going to be difficult as the floor space was only small and with many offices being dismantled and relocated at a later date space and planning was Key. Celtic worked well with Como to control this element especially from a Health and Safety issue. The Project was an extremely tight Programme and we committed ourselves to working seven days a week and evenings to ensure PC could be achieved.
