On this Project we promoted one of our Supervisors into a Management role which we as a company thought he would be suited to this fast and demanding (logistically) Job. We had 2 other Managers working close with him to ensure everything was being done correctly and he proved to be a success and worked well with Como.

British Land has been a Real Estate Investment Trust, or REIT, since 2007. The REIT sector is well established in a number of countries around the world, notably in the US and Australia. But in the UK, it is still relatively new, born into the extraordinarily difficult and volatile property and credit markets of 2007. In many ways it is only now really coming of age.

Celtic removed and reinstated the SAS 330 tartan ceiling to allow the M&E modifications to take place – Celtic also dismantled and relocated the Glazed Partitions and the Specialist Bi Panel Partitions

Celtic Contractors are near handover for phase 1 of the installation of MF and Armstrong Ceilings Systems at Fleet Street. Works have included installation of Plasterboard Margins / Bulkheads and Armstrong's Optima & Orcal Suspended Ceiling Systems.

Celtic Contractors Ltd today started work at 123 Victoria Street. Project Manager Martin Stripe set up early to commence the design works for both the partitioning and ceiling installation. A huge project which Como once again place their valuable trust in Celtic.

Celtic Contractors are moving at speed on the Land Securities premises at 40 Strand. The Project consists of ceiling fit out to Levels 2 to 7. Contract Manager Scott Tumbridge is keeping a firm grip on the project making sure the installation is kept to the highest possible standard.

Celtic Contractors Ltd are almost at the end of the BlackRock Bank fitout. A huge project with many bespoke design features kept the Celtic Management Team busy. As the project comes to a close we have added a few pictures to the project page for you to view.

Celtic Contractors Ltd are moving at a fast pace as they begin to install ceilings and GRG features at Weil, Gotschal & Mange. Level 6 and Level 7 are challenging but our project team are always on hand to offer the solutions needed to move the project forward.

Celtic Contractors Ltd are mid-way through their 3 packages on Project Pippin, Shell. Having been asked to install SAS Suspended Ceilings, Drywall Partitions & Joinery – Celtic are confident to meet their hand over date in September 2011. Overbury’s PLC have also requested Celtic to install Kvadrat Fabric ceiling to levels 9 & 10 as well as Polished plaster on all 10 floor lift lobbies. This project has been designed by Pringle Brandon architects.

Celtic Contractors Ltd have been asked to install the ceilings for BlackRock Bank, Drapers Gardens. Construction Manager Como Group will be working closely with Celtic as we install all the specialist features which have been designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates architects.
