Finance Department
We have a dedicated team dealing with all aspects of the financial administration. All our operative are paid on a weekly basis and we are committed to ensuring that their salaries are in their bank 1st thing every Friday morning. In addition our staff deal with all invoicing and payments to our suppliers
Estimating
We have four staff with combined multi trade experience of over 75 years in this industry. All working diligently providing the most competitive quotes and tenders to our varied client base
Financial Management
David Thomas heads a team of 5 surveyors working in partnership with our clients cost managers to keep the works on track and within budget. Producing regular and detailed project cost reports.
Design
We have 1 full time and 2 contract C.A.D. draughtsmen all fully experienced in the fit out industry. Supported by our contract and project manager acting in the role of design managers
Purchasing & Logistics
With most project being so Fast Track we are very fortunate to have a strong team dealing with all aspects of plant and material procurement ensuring we receive the best possible service at the most competitive prices
Construction Management
Our team have a wealth of experience and knowledge covering all aspects of our operations. Most of our managers have graduated through the ranks fortified by good administration skills. Our management are being continually developed professionally through outsourced and in house training.
Site Operatives
Celtic Contractors use directly employed labour all paid on a weekly basis. Complemented when required, by a bank of long serving, tried and tested sub-contractors. We enjoy a well known reputation for fairness and understanding in the support required to maintain optimum performance from our operatives whatever trade they specialize in.
