Project: Investment Bank

Celtic undertook all aspects of ceiling works – the existing ceilings were removed and stored off site ( Celtics Warehouse )We then installed GRG featured ceilings to all the Tea Point areas. These areas also had a Barrisol set centre and designed within the GRG. We also designed along with SAS a unique plank system into the Boardroom and Ante Room.
Fire Barriers were relocated and Acoustic Barriers were installed above Glazed Partitions and Drywall Partitions that were set underside of the ceiling. New MF Plasterboard was installed to change the layouts of the Offices.

We worked well with the Architects (Sheppard Robson) pushing early Design matters through and working on details/interfaces.
We also pushed the co-ordination with the M&E Contractors allowing an RCP to be issued early preventing confusion on site.
The GRG areas were very detailed and took time to set out and agree the correct scope and sequencing for all trades.
Logistically we had no issues on site and we worked well with all Health and Safety requirements.
We were also awarded Contractor of the Month and also one of our operatives was awarded Operative of the month.
