Scope of Works

Installation of 320,000 sq. ft. of new suspended ceilings to a 10 story building comprising of MF ceilings and perimeter margins - all using British Gypsum products.

New suspended ceilings - SAS system 300 (tartan/linear band raster system) System 150 (AB coated hygienic clip-in swing down system)

   
Project Summary : There was a 18 week fully staffed phase for pre construction planning, coordination and design required. All trades had to have all layouts and details submitted, fully coordinated and Status A by the end of the 18 week phase prior to site occupation. Works on site fast track with the bulk of it being finished before Christmas 2010.
