Scope of Works The strip out and reinstate existing ceilings to 6 floors with the remaining 6 floors having new ceilings, 3 of the floors with new ceilings were dealer floors where we installed a new integrated chilled beam system and SAS System 300 bespoke ceiling. The reinstated ceiling was System 300 and new SAS Ceilings and British Gypsum plasterboard MF ceilings and margins were installed to all levels incorporating a new blindbox detail. Stretch Ceilings were fitted to the ground and level 11.
   
Project Overview Extremely fast track operation where the client was taking occupation of 70% of the building by September 2010. The remainder of the project being worked in an occupied building. Three of the early handover floors with an integrated chilled beam ceiling system with a prototype LED linear lighting system all installed by us. Although a challenging project we managed to achieve a high level of finish.
