Jon brings more than two decades of experience at Celtic, combining a deep understanding of the business with a clear vision for its continued growth.

His career began in the 1990s, working alongside his father in the family drywall and ceilings business whilst still completing his studies, before joining Celtic full time as an apprentice in 1999. That hands-on start gave Jon a strong grounding in the operational side of the industry and an understanding of the standards, relationships and work ethic on which Celtic was built.

Over the years, Jon has gained experience across site delivery, contracts and operations, giving him a broad understanding of both the practical and commercial demands of complex projects.

Since becoming Managing Director in 2019, Jon has driven the business forward while protecting the family values and close client relationships that remain central to Celtic. He continues to lead the day-to-day running of the company, with a focus on sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.

For Jon, the most rewarding part of leading Celtic is developing the next generation of talent and seeing people build their own careers within the business.
