Mark Avis

Mark joined Celtic in 2010 as Contracts Manager and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2018.

With more than 25 years’ experience in construction fit-out, Mark brings a structured, process-driven approach to project delivery. Known for his attention to detail and no-nonsense style, he has led some of Celtic’s most complex projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.

Mark began his career as a carpenter through the traditional apprenticeship route, before progressing into project and contract management. That practical background gives him a strong understanding of the technical and operational demands of delivering high-quality fit-out projects.

Highly organised and delivery-focused, Mark takes a hands-on approach throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear planning, effective coordination and consistent standards from start to finish.
